Thousand Oaks/ 1 Bedroom Los Robles Hospital 5 minutes away

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

I rented with Sue from June to December 2026 for a 6 month internship I was doing. The area the house is located in is beautiful and I felt super safe. There is a nearby hiking trail and the neighbor is also very nice to walk around. The room itself was amazing. Plenty of storage, the bed is super comfortable, and a nice bookshelf by a window that my plants loved. There was also a bathroom in the room I was renting, so I didn't have to share. Everything was well taken care of and maintained, so in terms of how nice the place was, 10/10. In the house, there was Sue and two other roommates during the duration of my stay. The other roommates are super nice and kind, and I had no issues. Sue was absolutely amazing. I can go on-and-on, but to keep it short sweet, she was always a nice person to see after work. I loved watching Dodgers games with her. I had many nice conversations with her, and she gave great advice. I'm truly grateful that I ended up with Sue.

Wonderful stay in Thousand Oaks!

I stayed at this property as a medical student on my elective rotation at Los Robles Hospital. Renting this room was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. The room was even better than the pictures - very clean, comfortable and spacious with nice natural light throughout the day and with its own attached bathroom. The landlord is a very kind and knowledgeable woman and ensures that each of her tenants are well taken care of and content during their stay. The home is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood - less than a mile from the local hospital, a mile from the mall and close to many shopping complexes and grocery stores. The neighbors are very friendly, and it is easy to park on the street. I would wholeheartedly recommend renting this room here in Thousand Oaks!
