10/10 Rental Experience The Best Home and Landlord

My partner and I have lived in Jeffs home for the past 10 months, and we truly cant speak highly enough about both the home and Jeff as a landlord. The location is unbeatablejust a short walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, and only a 10-minute walk to the beach, where we loved watching the sunsets. The home, which Jeff designed himself, was clearly created with care and intention. From the cozy reading nook to the wraparound porch with ocean views and a garden oasis below, every detail made the space feel specialweve truly loved every part of it. Jeff has also been a wonderful landlordalways kind, responsive, and incredibly generous. He often shared fresh fruit from his trees and was so sweet and attentive to our dog Monty whenever we crossed paths. Well really miss living here and feel incredibly lucky to have called this beautiful place home during our time in Encinitas.
