A quaint studio

This is an updated basement studio in a safe and cozy neighborhood next to the fair grounds. Aside from the state fair weekends, the neighborhood was quiet. It is a simple studio with the basics to get you started. Comfy bed, nice closet space, large bathroom, and plenty of extra towels and sheets. The landlords were very responsive and easy to work with! While a parking spot is provided in the driveway, it is hard to maneuver in and out unless you have a smaller car. Overgrown weeds also made it a tighter squeeze. There is plenty of street parking nearby. It is an easy walk to two different bus stops, and felt like a very safe area to commute on foot headed north.
