The property is in the canyon on a hill with lots of surrounding nature. The studio is one large room with lovely wood windows looking out at the trees. The studio is connected to the main house but still very private.The location is close to so much in the city yet when you come home you feel a world away. There are many trailheads to explore near by.

When you walk the long drive way you are welcomed by the trees that cover you with it's tranquility.The property was built in the 20"s and has a lot of beautiful wood and brick that gives it a unique charm. The studio has it's separate entry ,when you walk through the gate you take the left pathway up a couple steps to get to your door. Yes there are a few stairs it's built on the hill. Laurel Canyon is part of the Hollywood hills, it's a very desired area. The canyon has lovely trees and nature to sooth you after being in the hustle & bustle of the city. While being very close to Hollywood and Studio City both westside and east side ,it's close to a lot. This is a great neighborhood to stroll the streets and admire the unique house or go for a hike ,there a number of near by trailheads.
