This is a cozy, coastal themed studio apartment with everything needed for daily life. It has an electric fireplace for cool nights and a front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy a nice sunrise/set with some coffee.
It is raised above the carport and on the opposite side of the property. Owner pets are fenced in without access to the rental space.
The neighborhood was built in the 1960s. There is construction around the neighborhood, but it is typically quiet. It is 6 minutes from grocery and retail stores. Salem Lake is 1 mile down the road. Hwy 421 is 1.2 miles away. Hospitals are 10-15 minutes away.

I Love This Space . It is very inviting . Very Cozy. It's beautiful. The Host Is Very Nice and Respectful. Respond quickly and do anything she can to accommodate you. If I Would Have to Work Back In North Carolina, I would definitely. Stay Here Again.
I loved my stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat! It's cute clean and quiet! The landlord is very easy going and nice and was here for anything I needed
