Such an amazing place 10/10! I had some extenuating circumstances stances around my stay and Marco was very understanding, flexible, and quick to respond. He is truly a great host. I only wish I could've stayed longer. I can't recommend Casita enough!

Marco and his family are such great hosts. The casita is very nice located in a lovely area nearby pretty much everything! My family and I really enjoyed the park right across. Perfect for our workouts and evening walks with our toddler. Thank you for addressing all our needs in such a timely manner. If I am ever back in Arizona, I will definitely stay here again.

Great landlord

I was looking into moving to Tucson and found this property which stood out from the others due to the gated and shaded spacious parking, the in-unit laundry option, and modern interior. Marco was quick to respond to my inquiry and work with my needs. Highly recommend!

Cozy little spot!

I stayed at the casita for three months and have nothing but good things to say. There was a small issue with the gate for the parking spot but Marco was quick to help out. The casita itself is well equipped for short to long-term stays with all the basics you need. The shaded yard area is perfect to spend an afternoon relaxing. I would definitely book this casita again if I am ever back in Tucson, no question about it.

Casita Review

I'd say my stay was worth it! I was doing interviews, thinking about leaving AZ, going to doctors appointments, and house hunting, so I didn't want to sign long term leases. Earlier on, I told Marco my wishlist and there was a miscue that caused me some stress at the start of the lease, but it resolved within the first month. The carport is a lifesaver for all weather! The driveway is steep and a little annoying when there's ongoing traffic, but you do get used to it. The casita is conveniently near shopping centers and the freeway. It's enough to house one... two may get tight in areas. Packages are sent to the main house and then delivered to you within a week, unless you state otherwise. The space really is safe and private. I had extended my lease a week as a safety net, but when I found out I didn't need to, Marco graciously let me check out on my original check-out date, helped me load my roof box on my car, and refunded me the extra cost! Thanks for being very accommodating!

Comfortable Place in a Convenient Location

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was nice and the patio was a great spot to hang out and relax. The covered carport was super useful in the Arizona heat, and the location was great with the park nearby for getting some exercise. On top of that, the landlord was always quick to respond and very easygoing, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it was a great place to call home.

Cozy little casita

We had a lovely time staying in Marco's little casita for 3 months. The parking area is private with a big sliding door and the backyard space is really cozy with the fire pit and fenced in area. The casita was clean and Marco was very prompt if something was wrong. For example, the water heater went out and he had it fixed the very next morning! I highly recommend renting from Marco as he's an excellent landlord and a really nice person overall!

Had the pleasure of doing business with Marco but could not stay at the casita in the end due to getting a new job. Marco was a prince and refunded me all my money for the deposit. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

I had a lovely stay at this place for my traveling contract. Marco was always quick to help and readily available. Always felt safe and had a lot of privacy here. The place is at a great location in the city. Would recommend!
