Excellent home in West Ashley
I rented this home in West Ashley or 6 months while I was in Charleston for a job. It is the perfect location. 6 miles from downtown and convenient to target, several grocery stores and lots of restaurants and other stores. Great neighborhood. Always quiet. Meredith is more than a landlord, she becomes your friend. No issues. Could not have asked for anything more.

Lovely little place
Merediths place is excellent! We stayed for 2 months as our family was finding and closing on our new home. Cutely decorated, nice screened in porch, and everything you need in a kitchen! Meredith was ABOVE and BEYOND as a landlord, super helpful and flexible, treated our kids like family. Location is A plus. Get to everywhere you need in charleston easy! We are so grateful we found a place like hers for this period of our family life!

Amazing Host & Great Location
My family and I stayed at Meredith's duplex for three months and had an exceptional experience. The property is located in a perfect location so that you can get to downtown in 15 minutes as well as Mount Pleasant in a short period of time. I found the house to be very clean and it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. This listing is one that I would recommend to anyone.

A great stay!
My boyfriend and I have been staying at Merediths place going on 5 months now and it has been nothing but great! Meredith is attentive to her home, us, and our needs! She has provided help when needed, only a text or phone call away and has even dropped off little goodies on multiple occasions to make us feel at home! I would highly recommend staying at Merediths place - its in a great area with easy access to everywhere Charleston has to offer.

Cozy, home away from home!
I am a travel nurse and I rented this adorable, place for three months, it was absolutely perfect! It had everything I could imagine, it was very cozy! It is in a perfect location and is so close to everything! I couldnt have found a better place! My landlord was absolutely amazing, if I ever take a travel job in Charleston again I will definitely stay here!
