Nice house in great location. Close to downtown and the hospitals. House backs up to the woods. Neighborhood connects to the trail system. You can go cross country skiing out the front door or go ice skating at Weschester Lagoon. The house has a very chill and hygge vibe.
Space
This is a four bedroom house. I live downstairs and rent out the two rooms upstairs. I currently live with one other guy and am renting the other room out. We are both professionals in our 30s. Looking for someone who is responsible and respectful. We're both super chill and are easy to get along with. We don't party but we do have people over occasionally for dinner parties and movie nights.
