Comfort living

I must say I am glad I had the opportunity to stay at Adrian's place. I didn't have to worry about safety, comfort or any problems. He was very on top of things. Check in on me throughout my stay. I had the whole house to myself during my 3 month contract. He was also able to tell me all the good spots to go to and try. Thankful for the place being just as described along with the cleanliness. He even had a cookout and I was able to meet his friends and family the first day I arrived. After that he was gone and I had the place to myself. If you are looking for something in a good neighborhood, cost efficient and no more than 20 minutes from UNM and surrounding activities, well look no more and rent a room from Adrian. If I come back I will surely hit him up.

Lovely clean house, no bs landlord, awesome deal!

Ive had an excellent experience staying at Adrians house. Its easily one of the best furnished rentals Ive had while traveling for work. The location is a huge plus. Its in a quiet, safe neighborhood with great families nearby, which really stands out compared to other parts of Albuquerque. Having a Walmart just down the road and quick highway access, about 2 minutes, makes day to day living incredibly convenient. Adrian is an outstanding landlord. Hes very attentive, communicates clearly, and takes pride in maintaining the property. Anytime something comes up, he handles it quickly and personally. Hes very hands on and keeps the house clean and fully functional. I travel frequently for projects, and this has been my best living situation so far. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Comfort on a budget

Just wanted to say thank you so much to you, Adrian for your amazing hospitality! As a travel nurse whos been to 12 states in the past 5 years and stayed at many Furnished Finder properties, I have to say your home was the best one thus far! During my 13 week assignment I had no issues whatsoever, which was such a breath of fresh air. The home was quiet and really peaceful. Great amenities, great location, and very homey! The other tenants were so easygoing too. Adrian clearly did a great job pre-screening. We all worked opposite schedules so we rarely saw each other, but when we did it was always refreshing. Adrian, the owner lives out of state, but is very responsive and he even went the extra mile to point me in the right direction with recommendations on things to explore nearby. The balloon festival will always be a core memory; my boyfriend and I had a blast during his visit. If youre looking for a place to stay while on assignment in New Mexico, I highly recommend this home!

Quiet area

The job did not work out but the house is quiet and comfortable. The owner is very responsive, calm, and nice. It is more like home because the owner does not live there. You have free range use of the kitchen, etc. You can walk in the neighborhood, it's quite nice and also quiet. It's a great place to stay if you value a nice house and freedom in the house. If anything is needed, the owner is very quick to respond. He is quite trustworthy as well. It is very close to shopping and has a great view.
