Great Find

I leased the master's bedroom upstairs for a month while completing my clinical rotation at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. First the process of securing the space was soo easy, communicating with Penelope (property manager) and Ms. Germa (Landlord) was so stress-free. Secondly, the space is very spacious, cleanly kept and the area/neighborhood was also peaceful and quiet which I truly appreciated as a student who also spent most of my time studying. Ms. Germa also lives on the property in the basement but I rarely saw her bc of our schedules; but when I did run into her, she was always very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and will 100 percent recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The landlord was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the cozy living room where I could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful stay.
