I had an excellent experience renting from Casey. After 2 weeks of sleeping on a couch with no responses from other landlords, I came across Casey's spot. I sent a message and he reached out within the hour later saying I could move in the next day. He was laid-back, extremely flexible, and always quick to respond to any questions. I had complete privacy throughout my stay and truly felt at home. The place was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I needed for the summer. Not to mention the neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and very homey. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Casey's spot

A Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful experience at the Quiet Quail Ridge Loft. Everything was new. The high ceilings are great and the natural afternoon light dancing off the maple trees brought a smile to my face everyday. The neighborhood was very safe, private, yet still close to every amenity you could want. It very quickly felt like home. Casey made everything easy. He is kind, approachable and a great landlord. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I spent a whole year here and couldnt be happier! This place was exactly what I needed. The unit is technically part of the main house but completely separate with its own entrance and a courtyard that separates it from the main house so it still feels private. The place is clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. Casey is a great landlord. He is easygoing, reliable, and quick to communicate when anything came up. Ill definitely miss staying here and would come back without hesitation if Im ever in the area again. Hes someone Id be happy to rent from again or even cross paths with as a neighbor or a friend.

I had such a great stay at this place. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were so many thoughtful little touches throughout that made the space feel really inviting. The location is quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and main roads. I really appreciated having a dedicated parking spot and private entranceit made things so much easier. And the blackout curtains were a dream. I slept so well every night. The host was greatreally responsive and easy to communicate with. You can tell they care about making sure their guests have a good experience. Id absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
