Beautiful West Valley 2-Bedroom Duplex on a Cul-De-Sac

Refused to give me back my $1000 security deposit

This place was nice and I had a good 3 month stay. I thought we were on good terms with no issues mentioned throughout the stay. Then after I left, I never got my deposit back. I texted Shon asking about it and he said I would get it but the end of the month. Then by the next month, I texted him again. He then emailed me a a typed out in discrepancy receipt of the use of the direct deposit. Most of the damage that was listed in his form was damage that was not done by me or couldn't have even been done within a 3 month stay. I emailed him back and asked for actual receipts and he did not provide any. Till this day did not pay me back any of my money, even tho I returned the unit in the same way I received it!

Peaceful and convenient

Fantastic apartment with a lovely and private backyard! Very well furnished; I didn't need to unpack a lot of the items that I bring with me on assignments. The neighborhood is easily accessible, but also quiet and safe - I often went running at night without wondering if it was a bad idea. Blackout curtains, respectful neighbors. Landlords were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Would love to stay here again if I come back to Yakima!

Great Location

Great location, close to hospital, shopping and gym. Very spacious, comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with all cooking essentials, washer and dryer in good working condition. Back patio is a plus, very quiet neighborhood felt safe had a great stay. Landlord very responsive to questions and needs

Clean Spacious Comfort

Beautiful landing spot with all of the comforts of a home! Kitchen very well appointed with high quality cookware, great appliances with a huge refrigerator! Washer/Dryer was well appreciated! Bathroom shower gave great hot water for relaxation after long hospital shifts! Queen size fluffy bed! Hosts are available when needed with great communication!
