One of my favorites by far!
I cannot say enough positive things about this property and the landlord Jenean. The neighborhood is very safe and extremely convenient to any Columbus healthcare facility you might be working. I could (and did) ride a bike to the main Ohio State University Wexner Center and The James easily (<2 miles). You have an assigned parking spot behind the apartment building and it's on a quiet, peaceful street. You can also walk to the adorable Grandview Heights downtown area with cute shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is clean and cared for perfectly. Everything you need is equipped in the apartment and I think it's really big for a one bedroom space. Laundry on-site and respectful neighbors surrounding. Jenean is responsive and wonderful to work with. I actually stayed at another apartment of hers in the same building and loved it equally. I cannot say enough good things! HIGHLY recommend this safe space to traveling healthcare professionals!
