Great place in a great location
I was in need of temporary housing for 2 months during a job transition and ended up enjoying my stay at this property. It was clean upon arrival and stocked with consumables. All appliances and amenities were functional, and the kitchen had all the basic utensils necessary for any cooking I wanted to do. The property is in a great spot and is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and fun things to do. I did not need assistance from the owners but any communications I had with them were prompt and professional. Great place!

Prejudice Againt Traveling POC
This duo are not good people. When trying to clarify a few things on the leasing agreement, Amanda responded in a degrading manner. Also, the leasing agreements are general and may not include everything that's listed as things they will include. I was told I had I could not extend my stay due to them booking someone to move in one day after. I was then offered to move to another property across the street, which I kept being hounded about the time that I would be moving out. It's not my fault that they are so inconsiderate and money hungry. Furnished finders are usually tailored to traveling healthcare workers, they handled a lot of situations poorly. Not only did I receive such treatment so did my fellow co-worker, a POC. I have never received such treatment especially with the elevated rent prices. They also do not buy new bedding, such as sheets and covers, after a tenant moves out. They wash and recycle the fore mentioned items. Please be careful of their properties.

Perfect stay for travel healthcare workers
This was a great place to stay while working on a contract in Cleveland. It was close to the hospital. Very clean upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable. The managers of the property always answered in a timely matter and addressed any issues immediately, if they arose.

Away rotation
As a visiting student this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything you would need for a months stay. Was an extremely close commute to both University Hospitals or Cleveland Clinic. Having parking and an in unit washer and dryer was great. There are cooking utensils if you would prefer to cook, but also great restaurants close by. Additionally was extremely clean and has a great modern feel.
