The Perfect Place!
I spent a month in this guesthouse and couldnt have asked for a better setup. It had ample space, excellent privacy, and everything I needed for a smooth stay. The host was very accommodating and made sure I felt at home throughout my time there.

AMAZING
the guesthouse is so gorgeous and it has been nothing but a great experience. The host family is so sweet and was so helpful with anything I needed. The area is also great with good options for stores around. I would definitely stay here again :) Literally the most beautiful guest house!!

Awesome Home
First of all Kurt and Sereena are amazing human beings. They care about their tenants and do everything they can to make the accommodations great. I had a beautiful time here. If you are looking for kind hosts that gives you your privacy when you need it, then rent here. If I am ever in the area again I will make sure to find them. You cannot go wrong with this.

Phoenix Apt - Highly Recommend
I really enjoyed my stay here! The neighborhood is very nice and safe! I felt extremely comfortable. Amazing hosts as well! They're always available when/if you need anything. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing stay!
This was a great place to stay for my contract! Super safe, quiet neighborhood, with ample street parking. S & K were great my entire stay! The fan stopped working in the middle of my lease and they quickly replaced it, no issues! It has everything you could need and is very comfortable. Feels like a home away from home! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, new apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Safe, quiet, good walking area, close to everything you need. Wonderful hosts. I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Place to Stay!
This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the Phoenix area. The space is brand new and so comfortable, with everything you need. S & K are wonderful landlords, they are right there should you need anything, but they also respect your privacy. There is Sprouts and a Safeway within a couple of miles and plenty takeout. There are mountains, a 5 minute walk away for hiking if so inclined. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away. If I need a place to stay in the Phoenix area again, I would definitely be reaching out to S & K.
