Charming Furnished Apartment in Historic Annapolis w/parking

A must stay if you're in the area!

This was truly one of the best places I have ever stayed as a travel SLP! The apartment was cozy, clean, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. It’s located just far enough off West Street to be quiet but is only a short walk from all the restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. The neighborhood itself if adorable and full of beautiful homes. Jen was an exceptional host and went above and beyond to create a wonderful stay. Her thoughtfulness really stood out, from leaving snacks and water to decorating for the holidays, she made the space feel so welcoming! If you’re looking to stay in the area, there is truly no better place to experience everything Annapolis has to offer.

100% Stay here

This property has 3 units in it. I stayed in unit #2. I'd recommend staying in any of the units! The property is in an ideal location. You can walk to downtown Annapolis easily but also just far enough from the hustle bustle. Such a great area to walk around & I felt very safe. I also love that there's a designated parking spot so we didn't haven't to deal with parallel street parking. On top of all that, the owner Jen is an absolute doll. She's so accommodating, communicative, & fair. The apartment had all we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable apartment

Jenn was a wonderful host and amazing person. We stayed on the top floor of her 1 Hill Street apartment, the place is comfortable, safe, thoughtfully appointed. The location is perfect, close to downtown and public transport. We really enjoyed the home and Jenn was quick and responsive to all our questions. We recommend this property for anyone visiting Annapolis and looking for a home away from home.

Didn't want to leave

This rental property was wonderful. It was in a perfect location to walk into downtown Annapolis and it includes off street parking for my car! The owner (Jen) spared no expense when remodeling and furnishing the space. I enjoyed my time here so much so that we will be returning in March and then again in December. Jen was accommodating, attentive and a pleasure to engage with. As far as renting in Annapolis, this is now my go to rental location.

Great location and host!

This rental was everything I could ask for and more! Great location with access to lots of restaurants within walking distance. Recently renovated apartment was lovely, with in unit washer/dryer and all kitchen amenities provided. The host was great and available to answer any questions. I would 100% recommend staying here!
