Another home
I had the pleasure of staying with Kate and her doggie Archie (the best companion a girl could ask for), and it was one of the closest things I've had to a second home. Kate was always very easy to get along with, very kind, and super thoughtful (even bought a very easy to use coffee pot). She also has excellent house decor taste, so the overall feel was cozy. The room itself had a comfy bed and plenty of storage room for all my things. There was also plenty of storage in the bathroom. Location wise is also great. 10 minutes to SNGH and 25 ish minutes to VB. Out of all the places I've lived, leaving here hurt the most.

Amazing stay/ Amazing person
I had the pleasure to stayed with Kate for a travel assignment and I have to say she was the absolute best! I felt so comfortable in her home and she was the best tenant/ roommate you can ask for! Just super respectful and kind person. Bonus points cause her dog is so cute! I would totally come back!

Amazing Stay
I stayed with Kate for my assignment with extension. I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Kate was warm, friendly, responsive, and made check-in and communication so easy. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel welcoming and homey. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great temporary rental.

I can't say anything but great things about Kate! I needed to relocate during my contract and found her rental. I couldn't have felt more welcome during my stay with her, which is so important for me being hundreds of miles away from my family and sharing space with a complete stranger but she made my stay feel like a home away from home. The house is very inviting and sets along the river which is very relaxing to just sit on the front porch after a long day of work. Archie, the resident fur baby, is also a pleasant companion if you're an animal lover, like myself!! If I am ever offered another contract in the area, I will definitely reach out to Kate first before looking for other accommodations.
