I would not recommend renting from this landlord. While I was a tenant, I always paid my rent on time and kept the unit in good condition. However, once I moved out, the experience completely changed. It has now been almost 30 days since I vacated, and my security deposit has still not been returned, nor have I received any explanation for the delay. Ive reached out multiple times through calls and text messages, but my attempts have been ignored. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for tenants is unprofessional and extremely frustrating. As a tenant who held up my end of the lease agreement, I expected the same respect and responsibility in return. Instead, Ive been left chasing after my own money, which by law should have already been returned. If youre considering renting here, I strongly advise you to think twice.
