We loved our stay!

My fiancee and I stayed here for a month with our dog, and we really loved it. The house is very clean, all appliances are brand new, and the house is modern and cozy. It felt like home! One car garage with street parking available - we had no issues finding parking for one of our vehicles. The neighborhood feels safe with lots of people walking their dogs at all hours. The area is very quiet; however, the elementary school next door can get loud during the day, so take that into consideration if you work overnight. The location is awesome. Walk to Offbeat Coffee for a matcha in the morning!! Frank and David were awesome. They were very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend booking with them!

A wonderful place to come home to!

My wife and I have had the absolute pleasure of staying in this condo for nearly a year while completing our traveling medical assignments, and we truly cannot say enough good things about both the property and the owners, Frank and David. From the very beginning, they set the tone for what has been an exceptional experience. Frank personally met us at the condo upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour and took the time to explain the best routes to the hospital to make our work commute easy. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and extremely well supplied. All of the finishes and appliances are high-end and in excellent condition. Everything feels comfortable, clean, and well cared for. It truly felt like a home, not just a rental. Beyond all of that, Frank and David are simply outstanding peoplekind, helpful, and the type of landlords who go above and beyond without hesitation.

A stellar location and even better landlord

You cannot beat the location of this property as it is in the center of everything. You seriously will only need to drive 5-10 minutes to get to anywhere. The townhouse itself has been poshly decorated keeping even the smallest of amenities in mind. The landlords will take you in as a dear friend and welcome you to the city of Sacramento. You could not possibly find a better property to stay in or better property owners. I regret having to leave.
