This place is great, the landlord is great
My family stayed here for about 6 months and I highly recommend this rental. Sheila is the landlord and is wonderful to work with. She's professional, responsive, friendly and makes all the logistics of being a renter as easy as possible. The location is great, it's very quiet, peaceful and private, and yet close to downtown WC. The living area is a comfortable size. I like the openness between the LR, DR and kitchen. This was a great find. Phyllis

Peaceful retreat close to downtown
My family and I stayed at this property for 8 months and really enjoyed it! It is walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants and even Kaiser hospital, yet in a safe and quiet area. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The property owner is easy to work with and responsive, should you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to the Bay Area.
