Cozy second-story studio located at the end of a private easement. Owners live on the same property, but studio has its own private entrance, and we normally keep to ourselves. We have farm animals like chickens, ducks, geese etc. They stay at the back of our property inside a fenced area. Our private second-story studio is nestled right on the border of Kent and Covington. We are close to a few shopping centers with grocery stores, gyms, restaurants and other community buildings. There are some good trails, lakes and parks nearby, but the major cities like Seattle and Tacoma are about a 40-minute drive.
