Nice and home away from home

I stayed here for five months during my assignment. The location is safe and confident. Close to everything that you will need and more. Trish is an amazing landlord. Will assist you with anything you need in the house and quick to respond. I enjoyed my housing experience because of her and Dana.

Great Place

I rented a room here from 8/2025 to 2/2026. I felt 100% safe. This property also has a nice security system. There's 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer which is extremely convenient and helpful. Full kitchen. Trish the landlord is amazing and easy to access. There's a housekeeper that comes and cleans so the house is always clean. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the area. Thanks for being great Trish!!!

Very comfortable!!!!

Trish is very attentive and reachable! Super caring and sweet! I stayed cozy and happy for a few months at Trishs home! I am a person who needs to sleep comfortably and that was provided full gear. The bedroom and blackout curtains are the best! Theres two full bathrooms and a washer dryer machines! The kitchen space organization is very convenient. The driveway is also very spacious to fit multiple vehicles. Overall the place is amazing. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Amazing home & Amazing owner

This place was my first stay as a travel nurse (24 years old) moving away from my home for the first time. Trish and the other ladies living in the house were so welcoming. Always felt safe with a great security system and good neighborhood. A 5 minute drive from Memorial Health with no commuting issues. The owner (also a nurse) is absolutely amazing and the sweetest person who truly cares about making sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you could possibly need. Tons of space for all of my things in my bedroom and bathroom. Two showers and two full bathrooms made no conflicts with either of the other residents. Cannot recommend this place more!

Awsome!!!

First, I want to say that Trish was a great host. The house was nice and clean with all the amenities. I was surprised of how quiet it was since I have tons of paperwork to complete daily. Trish went out of her way to make sure everything was satisfactory. I only regret not staying longer! I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing peace of mind. Kevin

Home away from home

This is a lovely home. Very comfortable! T has been a great host and I appreciate her hospitality. I plan on extending my contract here in Savannah and I'm so thankful I have somewhere so comfortable and clean to live while I'm here!! The location is also nice, so close to everything especially downtown. This is the best place!!

Great stay for a great price!!

This is a great place to stay!! It's a very quiet place & neighborhood!! Very close to the hospital, grocery stores, & restaurants! Mrs. P is very nice & communicates in a prompt manner if there's something you need to know!! A second bathroom was being added as I was leaving!! Also very clean & a nice backyard to relax in after a long day!!

Wonderful, Comfortable, Convenient!

This property was one of my favorite finds! P, the host, was most pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed. Not only was the property minutes away from my work location, but it was convenient to restaurants ( my favorite became Cohen's Retreat where I became a regular ) shopping, downtown life, and had easy access to area beaches. The property was very clean, updated, and most of all, a wonderfully comfortable place to come home to after a hard day's work. I am most grateful to Patricia for sharing this space with me and if I'm offered the opportunity to return to Savannah, I hope the space is available at that time. Thanks so much for "My home away from home"!
