Avail January 30th 2027 Coralville apartment 5 min from UHC - 4th floor - luxury furnishings - Huge one bedroom

Great Location!

Loved staying here & Wambui was a fantastic host - always available if we had questions. My husband took his first travel contract at UI hospital in downtown. He had a short 10-minute commute. Because we only had one car, this location was particularly great because I could walk to Trader Joe's, and the trail systems are right outside your front door. There's a cute little bagel shop next door, And the pharmacy and Panera bread are a 5-minute walk. The apartment has all the amenities you will need, pots and pans, silverware, high-speed internet. We would definitely stay here again!
