Peaceful, amazing vibes!

Amazing landlord! Home is clean, peaceful, and beautiful. Everything you need. Neighborhood around the house is nice to walk around in, street parking is very easy to find. And local gym very close at Arden Marketplace! Would definitely recommend!

Safe Space, Wonderful Host, Calm Atmosphere

I've lived in this room for six months now, and Im genuinely grateful for the positive energy this home and the tenant bring into my life. The room allows for ample space for one person's belongings, and comfort. The neighborhood feels safe, with convenient parking and an easy drive to downtown. The house itself is comfy for two people and offers a shared space that feels natural and stress-free. The appliances and little everyday essentials have made it super convenient for a mid-term stay. Overall, the cozy vibe, the positive atmosphere, and having a great housemate made this one of the best choices I've made in 2025.

Great Place to Stay

It was great staying with R in a very clean, well managed space. It's in a good neighborhood close to Costco and downtown. R got two dogs, so it's good if you like dogs but it way it was a great stay.
