Bright and cozy

We stayed at this condo for a few months . Kim was easy to talk to and very responsive to our needs . The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances and kitchen equipment that we needed . I love to bake and it had everything I needed. Big washer dryer that made it so easy for long term stays . There was a great coffee machine with coffee, tea , milk and sugar honey. The main bed was huge and super comfortable . It was walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants and Starbucks. It was across the road from the YMCA which was so convenient for us to go to gym every day . I would highly recommend this condo . We had a great stay and would definitely go back . Thank you Kim for your hospitality and well appointed condo .

Took Our Entire Security Deposit

My 80 year old mother and I rented this condo for a year. The owner kept our entire security deposit due to 'a smell' and charged us to replace all bed linens because of this smell. We cooked meals every day for a year in a kitchen that has no range hood vent to outside. It has the 'under the microwave vent fan' which only moves air around and does nothing to take stovetop fumes out of the kitchen. We opened windows every time we cooked to try to air out the condo. After move out, we were blamed for 'a smell' in the condo. Unless the owner puts the money into a range hood that vents to the outside, or unless you are going to eat meals out all the time, I would avoid this condo.
