Unit 2 rental

This duplex apartment was exactly what my husband and I needed while traveling in phoenix on a 3 month stent. We rented the larger side of the duplex; unit 2 that had the extra indoor space with the smaller patio area. We didn't have a dish washer but, that was no problem because Anthony made sure we knew that before renting! The duplex is in a great walking neighborhood that felt safe with close proximity to gyms, grocery stores, restaurants the hospital I worked at, and easy access to the highway! Unit 2 where we rented had covered parking for 2 cars which was perfect for my husband and I traveling with 2 cars. The neighbor on the other side in unit 1 was nice and kept to herself mostly! Anthony was very responsive and was a great landlord to have in our 3 months here!
