Nice Condo!

My wife and I recently completed a 3 1/2 month stay in this condo. The owner was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to take care of us. The location is perfect for medical students or professionals working in the Medical center area. The complex was safe and clean. Staff and residents we encountered were very friendly. The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. I would not hesitate to contact Gervasia and talk to her about renting her property!

BEST RENTAL!!!

I stayed at this property for a contract and ABSOLUTELY loved it! Great location, great host and awesome accommodations. On propery security checking every vehicle coming in. Super SAFE! Gym, pool and hot tub on site. Super clean and very spacious. Host had everything you need. Monthly housekeeping at no charge. Host is also in healthcare so has made it very comfortable. I would stay here over and over again if I could and I'm super picky. I was 8 minutes from Texas Medical Center, very convenient. MUST STAY!
