1BR/1BA Carriage Apartment /w Loft - 5 Minutes to Downtown and IU Methodist

Great place & wonderful landlord!

Tyrone and his little carriage house was the best choice! Upon visiting multiple properties close to IU health downtown, he had the best energy and vibe. I'm so glad that I rented this cute little place from him because my three month stay was truly a pleasure. He was very quick to respond to any issues and took care of everything above and beyond my expectations. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tyrone for such a pleasant and wonderful experience in Indianapolis :) Also, this little place has the most comfortable bed ever!

Amazing place, great host

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was convenient, comfortable, and located in a great area, close to downtown. The host was amazing and very responsive throughout our entire stay. The home was spotless, the furniture was comfortable, and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend!

My stay at this property was fantastic! Tyrone was incredibly responsive and attentiveany request I had was handled by the next day. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. The home itself was just what I needed: cozy, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. The space was mostly quiet during the day while I was sleeping, though the garage door opening below was a bit disruptive at times. The bedroom has a shade, though I still needed my eye mask for full darkness. Overall, it was a comfortable and seamless stay, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed space for an extended stay.

LOVELY PLACE

This was a beautiful place to stay during my time in Indiana. The area was very safe and welcoming. The host were quick to respond and felt like family. There were times my packages would get delivered to their address instead of mine and the host would deliver it to my spot safely. Very nice and sweet host!! The place is exactly what's listed on the pictures. Everything was so beautiful and nice. I loved my stay and would definitely 10/10 recommend!

Staying at Tyrone's property made my experience in Indiana great. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. I had no issues whatsoever. The place was spacious and it felt like home.

Great Experience

T was great to work with! He had awesome communication and promptly responded to any questions that came up during my stay. He also kindly took in any packages that were delivered while I was at work. The carriage apartment itself is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like home away from home. The location is very close to IU Health without having the burden of hearing sirens throughout the day. I would stay here again and recommend T's property to anyone looking to stay in the Indianapolis area!
