Located one mile from the beach this very private 2 bedroom bungalow is tucked behind the main house, set back from the street! The private driveway can accommodate multiple cars and the fully fenced yard is set up with a patio table+chairs, BBQ, and fire pit!
Space
Fully furnished 2 bed 1 bath mid term rental. Rental rate is $4,500 per month for May through September. Utilities are included, however reimbursement of gas/electric will be requested if use exceeds normal levels.
This two bedroom, one bathroom home is nestled at the back of the property. It's quiet and private, but close to everything with easy access to I-5. Our pet fee of $150 covers up to two pets.

Great Place With A Great Landlord
Courtney was great to work with and immediately responsive during communications. The house isn't big, but it's thoughtfully laid out, with a nice, private backyard. The beds were nice, the internet was great, and the place was clean
