A fantastic stay for Old Town and Proctor

My husband and I stayed in Tom and Karen's apartment for five months and it was perfect for our needs. Tom and Karen are great, friendly hosts who helped us get settled and checked in throughout our stay. The living room had plenty of space to work and relax. The kitchen came fully stocked with generous storage. The washer and dryer were tucked away for quiet nighttime laundry. I loved the shelf space along the windows, which were great for organization and decoration. The desk area fit both our workstations comfortably. The bedroom view was a highlight. On clear days, we could see across the sound with beautiful natural light. The spacious bathroom had a generous shower, and the walk-in closet provided ample storage. The location was perfect. We could walk to the waterfront or Proctor in 20 minutes, making daily walks and nights out easy. We had a lovely stay and would happily return!

Peaceful Living in North Tacoma

My gf and I chose this listing because it's a quick 10-minute drive to Tacoma General. At this time we will be entering a whole year of staying on Karens property, which is a testament to how much weve enjoyed our stay. This unit is a great fit for a couple, a single person would find it spacious. Its located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The views overlooking the Puget Sound were a bonus. The unit is attached to their home, but a private entrance is provided. Our hosts were always respectful of our privacy and considerate of the noise. The unit was adequately stocked with all the furnishings, bedding and initial supplies. The internal temperature of the house was comfortable enough where we hardly had to use the AC/heater We rarely had issues, but our hosts were always very prompt to respond and solve the issues with care and efficiency. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional housing experience!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I stayed here for 6 months and couldn't have been happier. The neighborhood is beautiful, very safe with gorgeous views. It's close to multiple stores and shops. The apartment had everything I could've wanted, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room. T and K are also some of the nicest people I've ever rented from, so kind and thoughtful and very considerate of my night shifts. I worked at Good Sam in Puyallup and it was about a 20-25 min commute. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!
