Thee best !!

Ive stayed here shy of a year and apparently for all great reasons! Everything has been perfect and Mrs. L and Mr. R are the absolutely best. They made me feel right at home since day 1. My apartment with my own entrance and my own washer/dryer was the icing on the cake. They always respected my space while being available if I ever needed anything. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful and tranquil place to come home to after a long day of work, this is it! I give 10 stars and if I could stay longer, I would!

Great aparment!

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It is a perfect size, comfortable couch and bed. The unit was very clean, cute backyard area and the hosts were so kind and welcoming!

Great simple place place to stay

Had a great experience staying here while I worked a 13 week contract at a nearby hospital. LaTonya and Raymond (landlords) were courteous, kind, and attentive to my needs. They were very accommodating overall. I stayed here with my large dog, the backyard space was great for him to play and roam around (supervised). In unit laundry was super convenient, being a healthcare professional I'm constantly going through many pairs of scrubs and other clothing so it was nice to have the laundry right here in unit. Place was clean, organized and had everything I needed. Electric burner for cooking worked great. Was able to make all my meals without issues. Also for those of you who like working out/weightlifting, there's a great gym about 1.5-2 miles away from here, super convenient and affordable. Overall great place to stay for travel Healthcare workers looking for a mid term rental

I recently stayed in this fantastic rental and was thoroughly impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. One of the standout features was the convenient parkinghaving a dedicated spot right by the basement entrance made coming and going a breeze. Equally noteworthy was the in-unit laundry. Extremely convenient to have a washer and dryer at my disposal, and for it to be done on my own schedule. It truly added a layer of comfort to the stay. The unit itself was thoughtfully equipped, providing a cozy and functional living space. The LaTonya and Raymond were responsive and accommodating, quick to fix any problems that arose. If youre looking for a rental that combines practical amenities with a comfortable living environment, this place is definitely worth considering. The parking and laundry features alone make it a great choice for a mid-term stay in Baltimore!
