A cozy hideaway

I stayed here for a clinical rotation in Roswell. The home is in a very nice, safe subdivision. It is easy to get to Roswell & other places from this location. The apartment itself is very nice, quiet, private & has plenty of space. I was pleased with the private, separate entrance to the unit. It has all the basic appliances that you need: a washer/dryer combo, coffee pot, microwave, oven, fridge & its own thermostat (just no dishwasher). I was able to study on the patio, which was very peaceful. I was happy to be able to park on the driveway & that my security deposit was returned quickly after I departed. The only reason that I'm not giving it a 5 star review is that it could've been cleaner, when I arrived there was a used washcloth & bar of soap in the shower, & the kitchen sink & floors appeared dirty. Also, the wifi would cut in & out occasionally on my phone & laptop. Overall, I was satisfied with this apartment & would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks while I was transitioning to the area. Property is in a great , commutable location . Especially love the serenity of the backyard and privacy the hosts provides. 10/10 recommend. Bonus : Deposit is returned promptly !

I stayed here for 5 weeks while transitioning to the area, and was very satisfied. The home is in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to hwy 400. M was very accommodating and gives you plenty of privacy. The basement is essentially your own private apartment that literally has everything you need. Towels, coffee, cookware, washer/dryer, good internet service, and access to your own thermostat. I was especially please that she allowed me to park my car on her driveway, and not out on the street. The place was super clean when I moved in, and my deposit was returned promptly after moving out. I would definitely stay here again if needed.
