This is an overall quaint, quiet property with all of the necessities. I am clean and organized, and I expect the renter to also keep the shared spaces clean. It's a non-smoking property. Traffic is rarely an issue in this neighborhood. I am in and out of the house, I work a normal 8-5 job, Monday-Friday. Only female renters at this time. I do sometimes have dogs around as I dog sit on the side.
