Noemis house was always clean and smelled wonderful from the candles. Big bathroom space and nice size for the room. She was very prompt with responding to my messages and even helped me print off paperwork for my move out of the country. Cute, friendly husky as well! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place, highly recommended

I stayed here for 4 months. Loved it. The room is spacious. I love that i have my own tv and my own private bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet which i really like. Very close to grocery stores and pharmacies. Also close to the freeway. Naomi is very nice and hospitable. I would love to stay here again when i get another opportunity. I would give this place 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Safe and quiet

Great place to stay! Been here a year and I loved the neighborhood. Very safe and quiet place to live, loved the dog. Landlady was extremely responsive, friendly, and helped me with whenever there was an issue right away. Both the dog and cat live outside so that's nice. A lot of the time you have the place to yourself as well. Overall, great place to stay! :)

Would stay again

N is very sweet and accommodating. Had a nice stay. She has a dog and a cat that are so cute and friendly. For the most part the neighborhood is pretty quiet (I worked nights) and very safe. Ns repeats your privacy, but is also very responsive if you have any needs. I will definitely stay again if Im around Riverside
