Great stay!
Had a peaceful stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The landlord was so nice and very welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable and always asked if I needed anything.

Attic room
I stayed at the Attic room for 4 months and had a very comfortable stay. Having a private bathroom is a must for me when Im traveling and of course my safety. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is pretty convenient to grocery stores, churches and restaurants (esp Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks ) I also discover a small bakery (New Rochelle Bakery) that I often visit for a bite of ice cream ! The train station is just a hop away when I want to explore NYC. And of course who wouldnt love a nice and very accommodating Landlord ?! Hopefully I can stay here again

Excellent Stay: Safe, Convenient, and Welcoming!
I stayed here during the summer of 2024 for about 2.5 months and absolutely loved it. The room was spotless, with an attached bathroom and a kitchenette, making it perfect for a single person. The neighborhood is excellent, with restaurants, banks, bus stops, and the railway station all within a 10-minute walk. The area is also incredibly safeI felt comfortable walking from the metro station to the room even at midnight. The owner was very accommodating and friendly, warmly greeting me on my first day and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend this place for long-term accommodation and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed my stay
I stayed at this property since January for an assignment at one of Monteferio hospitals. I really enjoyed my stay. The room is really clean, has private bathroom and a kitchenette. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I also loved the proximity of stores, bank, bus and train to the location. Most importantly, G is very kind and very attention to guest. I will stay again in my next contract
