Neighborhood overview
This is in the Hamilton Acres neighborhood of Fairbanks, at the end of College Road on the east side of town. It is a great, quiet neighborhood that does not get a lot of thru-traffic, and it is still very close to downtown Fairbanks and all the amenities.

Hidden gem
Home owner is absolutely wonderful. Home is located centrally with easy access to everything I needed. Backside of property is on the bus line, if needed. FaceTimed with the owner and other guest prior to moving in- good to meet the people sharing space with. The home was set up very well. Linens, towels, all the kitchen necessities. It was nice having a 'house dinner' once in a while. My stay was cut short due to my purchase of property. I would definitely recommend this property - felt right at home.
