Great Stay
I have been a travel RN for 4+ years, so have stayed in a lot of rentals and experienced many different types of landlords. I've spent a lot of time in the D.C. area and have had some less-than-ideal situations. Michael, however, was like a breath of fresh air. He is very easy to work with, communicative, and most of all, fair. I've had some experiences where landlords look at a travel RN and think we make so much money, so they try to take advantage and price gouge. It was very refreshing to have a reasonably priced rental in the DMV. The apartment is in a really safe and quiet part of town. It is appointed with all the necessities and more. Best of all, it is super close to Georgetown Hospital. The parking spot was right in front of the building entrance too. The laundry room is basically right next to the apartment, so no lugging clothes up and down stairs. All the neighbors we encountered in the building were very nice, as well. Overall, my husband, dog, and I had a great stay here and would love to stay again on my next Georgetown contract. Thanks Michael!
