I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment, I ended up extending my stay here an extra 3 months. The apartment felt like home. It is a corner unit with no one below the bedroom. It is very quiet and comfortable. There is a lot of storage space. Neighbors are very friendly and it is a safe area. There is a designated parking spot and ample street parking in front of the building. The Landlord D was great to work with, he was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place 1000%. So grateful for the opportunity to live here.

I am an Aussie that made San Diego my home in 2018. For the past three years I have been working in LA and bought this condo as the perfect home away from home while in town each week. In my current job I am able to spend more time in San Diego, allowing other traveling professionals the chance to enjoy the home we have created, and all that Santa Monica area has to offer.
