Great area!

This room offers a convenient location for exploring the city while also providing a peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood. Nikki was a wonderful host, making me feel comfortable whether I wanted to talk her ears off or enjoy some quiet time in my room on my days off. The property is clean and tranquil, and it is particularly well suited for individuals who are tidy. Nikki provided space for me to store my belongings and groceries. Her cat is not clingy but enjoys being petted, so please feel free to greet Kiki! Quick note about the cat- the litter box is kept out of view and the condo does not smell like cat! Nikki does a great job of cleaning up after her. This host became my first friend in Portland, and I am very grateful for her hospitality and the calm environment. This property is a gem.

More Than a Stay A Truly Special Portland Experience

Staying at Nicoles place in Portland was a wonderful experience. The property was clean, tidy, neat, and very comfortable. Every part of the room had a lively yet cozy vibe that made it feel like home. I truly loved spending time with Nicoleshes warm, welcoming, and always up for a chat. It honestly felt like I made a lifelong friend during my stay. I moved to PDX for my internship, and a huge part of what I loved about this experience was the environment I got to live inthe home, the energy, and of course, Portland itself. I couldnt have asked for a better host or stay. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay! Friendly Roommate!

I stayed here when I was a travel nurse. It was quiet and comfortable. Wonderful and clean room. Good parking, easy to find a spot. Roommate is kind and communicative. Would stay again!
