The location is amazing. Its a basement space and within a mile are top notch bakeries, breweries and access to public spaces as well as hospital hill. The walk from the house to the hostpital is up Peet's hill. It's gorgeous. There is a french bakery at close to the bottom of Peet's hill. It's just the sweetest neighborhood.

The white room available to rent and it's upstairs. The kitchen and living room spaces are upstairs. There is a fireplace, a big yard and is on a park downtown. No laundry on site.

Great Place!
Great location, about 4 blocks ish from downtown. The green room does have a double rack for hanging clothes, I really appreciated that. Plenty of street parking. The kitchen has everything that you would need. The bedroom does come with the basic needs and essentials. The owner of the house is very nice, considerate and very prompt with responses. Quite and safe neighborhood. Overall a great living condition.
