Wonderful Place near LAGMC

This was a wonderful place for my 3 month rotation as a PA student, conveniently located only 4-5 minutes away from LAGMC. Very easy street parking, just need to be aware whenever it's a Tuesday/Wednesday street cleaning day. Biljana and Joanne were amazing, friendly, and were communicative whenever I needed something.

Perfect Stay for Medical Professionals Near USC/LAC

I highly recommend this room for medical students, visiting physicians, or nurses who need to get to USC/LAC. The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk to USC, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe for me. The view outside the window is lovely, making it a relaxing place to stay. Housing close to USC can be difficult to find, and I am very grateful to Biljana and her husband for providing such a comfortable space. They are extremely kind and thoughtful, and they had everything prepared for me when I arrived. One detail I especially appreciated is the bed. I am usually very picky about my sleeping environment, bed, sound, and light, but here I slept so well every night. Hope to match into CA, especially LA!

Wonderful studio unit

Location was initially what attracted me to this rental. LAGMC is 14min walking distance and 4min drive by car. I booked the unit online based solely on pictures so I didn't know what to expect. When I saw the unit for the first time, I immediately felt right at home. The place was spotless and looked pleasant, with a well equipped kitchenette and cozy living space. Biljana and her husband were very accommodating. Joanne, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. If I ever get another contract in LAGMC, I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Review

This is a wonderful unit. It is very clean and safe! I never felt unsafe as the unit is on a hill behind a gated fence and then requiring two additional locked entries. It is located right beside the highway, so getting to and from work or errands is easily accessible. Billie, the host, has been great! She always responds timely. If ever returning to LA for work, I would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

This is a fantastic unit with an excellent landlord. All the furniture and daily necessities are provided in the unit, including a comfortable bed and mattress, with great quality bedding, a sofa, desks, sinks, and a well-equipped bathroom full of stock (new towels, bath tissues, etc). You will feel very safe living in the unit, as the property is securely gated with two property dogs always on duty. The landlord is extremely responsive in helping with anything I needed, from receiving packages to sharing self-grown lemons! It's the best short-term leasing unit within walking distance from the USC/LAC hospital campus. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to find a short-term leasing unit in the area.

Great for those traveling to work at USC Keck/LA General, as it is in walking distance to both. Room is new, clean, and well-stocked. Owners are very nice and will work with you regarding the application process and requests.

Great place to stay if you're working at USC/LA General. It was clean and had everything I needed. Host was nice and accommodating. Parking was easy to find.

This is a fantastic room for USC Health Professionals looking to live near the campus. The walk from/to campus is safe, and the owners are very kind and accommodating. They'll provide you with everything you need. The room is also very clean and tastefully decorated. I would recommend 10/10!

Great Views, Quiet and Peaceful!

This space did not disappoint, it is quiet, peaceful, clean with private separate entrance. Great views and I enjoyed the humming birds. Owners very accommodating and attentive to details to enhance your comfort. Conveniently located to Metro bus lines and railways. Short walk to LA General Hospital.
