Zero issues

Classy owner, clean, all basic needs to live comfortably provided. Close to grocery store , Sprouts, restaurants, etc, Openspace/ park behind house. 8min from HWY 70 and HWY 225. Zero hesitation to stay here again.

Perfect!

I stayed in this location for a 13 week travel contract and it met every single one of my needs, as a travel nurse. Lesly was a great host and I would rent from her again! The unit is perfect for one person and has all amenities that are necessary for making a little home away from home. The neighborhood is safe and it is close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and highways to get around in Colorado, if youre wanting to do some sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment, great location

Apartment is renovated and exactly what I needed for my 3 month contract as a healthcare traveler. Landlords are great people, so nice and accommodating. Apartment had everything that was listed!

Perfect long term furnished lease

I stayed here April-September, 2024, and highly recommend this place for single travelling professionals. The host was super accommodating and very easy going, polite, and kind. Quiet neighborhood. Great location for folks working at/near the airport or Aurora hospitals.

I stayed at this lovely property in the winter of 2023/2024. I absolutely loved it! The landlords are wonderful people. It's perfect for long-term stays. I was a traveling nurse there on assignment and the place had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. It was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Lesly has 2 cute dogs to so that was a plus! Highly recommend staying here!
