Room in Abilene

This place was great! Everything exactly as advertised. What made it even better was the owner Gerald. Great communication, and overall a really good man. Anything I could possibly ask for was provided without hesitation. If there were any issues, he responded and took care of it very quickly. In fact, there was an issue with the shower, and not only did he schedule someone to come and fix it, he put me up at a hotel for the night incase the repairs lasted longer than anticipated; and I'm not talking about a motel 6 either! Truly went above and beyond on absolutely everything. The house was always clean and well kept. The room was well equipped and comfy. Had an opportunity over the last 5 months to really get to know him, and can honestly say, he truly is a very genuine person. Can not recommend him highly enough, and if I ever come back to Abilene for work, his house is the only place I would stay in! Thanks again Gerald for everything! Stay safe and be blessed!

I am a travel nurse who stayed here for 6 months and absolutely enjoyed my time. The location is a gem. It is extremely close to Hendrick Medical Center, downtown and major highways. The premises are well kept. Street parking is always available. Most importantly Gerald (landlord & roommate) was a fantastic host. He was quick to respond to any concerns. He was very respectful of the shared spaces. He was an absolute delight during my time in Abilene. If I ever find myself in Abilene, this is 100% where I would stay. I would recommend booking here!
