Melrose subdivision is about 10-15 minutes to downtown Charleston. The home is 5 bedroom with one of the bedrooms having a door leading to the backyard which was usually used as an office. The entire home has hard wood floors. There is so much storage in this home. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and we have great neighbors.
