That place is unbelievable. She very nice and super clean. I enjoyed my stay for over 6 months. I would like to say thanks again. You are the best of the best.

Nice Place

This is a nice place to stay. The renter is beyond nice. I enjoyed this stay for 7 months. She made me coffee and breakfast when we were both off from work. I could not have asked for a better to stay.

Nice and Cozy

Landlord was very kind and accommodating. I was in a bind and even though she wants females only she allowed me to stay for the month I was in the area. Very close to medical centers I needed to be at. Parking was a little inconvenient but never had a problem. Would definitely stay there again if I came back to the area.

BEWARE

If you are a person that wants to cook.. this is not the place for you.. if you want to wash clothes twice a month.. not the place for you..no heat in bedroom.. its the middle of winter!!! I have gotten tickets{2} that i had to pay.. on my vehicle because the landlord does not know the rules in her neighborhood... also police called me while gone home during the holidays saying my car was abandoned... if a landlord does not know the rules about parking that is a problem I could not not park in driveway until i had 3 incidents She kept part of my deposit when i should have been refunded it in its entirely.. i moved out a few days early before the next month rent was due... with no damages to the home, she wanted to keep deposit because i was moving out, FF is month to month. Ask questions and be VERY CLEAR before making a decision to stay here! She also rents to male tenants when it clearly says female tenants only. Not a good place to stay!!
