Excellent experience

I had a fantastic experience during my short-term stay! Communication was seamlessquestions were answered quickly, and the landlord/property manager was always professional and accommodating. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed, making my stay extremely comfortable. The location was a big plussituated in a safe neighborhood with easy access to a nearby park, grocery stores, and great restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything I needed just a short walk or drive away! Maintenance was excellent as well. Any small issues were resolved promptly and without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming experience!

Amazing Landlords

Both L and M are excellent landlords who are more than accommodating especially in extenuating circumstances. I recently signed a lease that I unfortunately had to cancel due to a family emergency and they worked graciously with me to cancel it. Although I didn't experience living in their units I would recommend them if you're looking for a place in Dallas. Also this location in Dallas really can't be beat!!!

Spacious, secure aparment & great location

My roommate and I have been in this apartment for the past 2 months, and we have had a great stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both great sizes, and the kitchen and living area is so nice and spacious. The location of this apartment is amazing, as it is walking distance from both the West Village and Knox Park area, both of which have great shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Cole Park across the street is another great area, and an entrance to the Katy Trail is just a couple of blocks away. I have felt very safe and secure throughout my stay, and the gated parking is another great accommodation. We have not had many issues, but whenever we did have a question about something the owners were very prompt with their responses and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment it is exactly what we needed for our short stay and I got to explore so many of the great areas around it!

Not as advertised

I am enduring a lot with this unit. The building is very old. I did not have the washer/dryer when i first moved in. Took them a few days to put it in. When they did, it didn't work. Almost a month in i finally get it and its filthy. The owner I have not seen his face or his voice since getting here. I've dealt with his wife, and she has been very accomadating, but I am not happy. She has tried and really appreciate her for what she has done to try to make my stay less stressful, but this place still needs a lot of work. I took pictures to send to the owner, just in case he tries to say I damaged this place. As I write this, there is construction happening across the hall and I just got off working a night shift. No notice about workers doing work today. Nothing. Getting ready to go sleep in my car.
