Good spot for 3 month leasing esp. if you travel

I ended up extending a couple of times d/t me loving the area. There's a lot to do, and downtown is only a 12-15-minute drive.

Enjoyable 3 month experience

I stayed at this apartment for three months after relocating for work. The fully furnished apartment had everything I needed as a short term tenant and provided excellent access to Frick Park and Regent Square amenities. The neighborhood is very quiet and tree lined, perfect for me and my dog. The landlord Andrew was courteous and responsive throughout to any questions and maintenance issues.

Amazing Stay

This was a fantastic stay - The neighborhood felt very secure, and the host was super responsive and easy to reach. The space itself was spotless and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for Travelers

The location is excellent, conveniently located near most hospitals, and provides ample street parking. The proprietor of the property is an exceptional individual who possesses outstanding communication skills. I definitely would stay at this property again
