Extremely clean and close to hospital!
This place is absolutely amazing. Super close to the hospital and very clean and new. I loved the screened in second level porch. Landlords are extremely attentive and were quick to solve any problems that I had. Would stay here again!

Super Chill place.
Super Chill place. The apartment is cute , clean and offered everything I needed especially quiet sleep. M and T are Great Folks and part of the reason this block is so nice; the neighbors are great. Very close to UHS Wilson and minutes from everything else. Thank you guys for such a warm and familial stay.

Wonderful place to stay
My wife and I stayed at this property for over a month and we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment with great landlords. M and T are ideal landlords who are ready to help at a moment's notice. They went above and beyond for us and are all around good people! The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. It is within a 10 min driving distance to essentially anyplace you want to go in Binghamton. We really enjoyed our stay here, and so did our cat!
