Perfect Location

Great place to stay that is just outside of downtown. Easy to access, quiet neighborhood. Great access to the lakes and pretty close to bike trails. Great support from the landlords and the place is lovely.

Beautiful and cozy spot!

The apartment was super clean and maintained. I really enjoyed the amenities such as the WiFi, free parking, and even a laundry unit downstairs. It has a really nice view too! The landlords were very responsive and helpful and I was really happy with the service they provided. This is located in a convenient location right next to SSM Health and a walking trail. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Madison because I'd definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to SSM

This was a great furnished rental ! It had everything I needed kitchen wise, a big TV, and was very clean when I moved in. There is also an included parking spot. I loved being close to the bike path and walking around the adjacent neighborhood. It is also only a 10 minute drive to UW.

Fantastic Studio

I recently stayed in this studio for 7 months during contract work and had a very positive experience. The location was excellent: peaceful, beautiful in every season, and right next to the Arboretum (which was very nice for going on morning runs). The unit was clean, with all appliances in good working order and minimal noise. Laundry downstairs was very convenient, and management was professional and friendly. Thank you to Allen for helping me with my microwave and complementing my grilling! Considering the location, quality, and amenities, I don't think you can beat the price. I recommend this studio for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

Incredible location and landlords

I stayed here for over a year and a half and enjoyed it very much! The place is cute and clean and the location is impeccable with easy access to plenty of walking paths/parks and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet plus the landlords are very friendly and quick to respond or fix any issues you have. Within walking distance of SSM and a short drive to UW. I would easily stay here again and reccommended it to anyone looking for a place to stay in madison.

Convenient, quiet, majestic

I cant emphasize enough how nice this apartment is what with its proximity to Meriter and SSM as well as the arboretum canal section where you can walk your dog (no dogs in the arboretum proper) and see eagles perching in trees, an owl clutching its prey in flight, muskrats and beaver making long Vs with their wake, the dragonflies and frogs and painted turtles in summer and a resident hawk being chased off by a family of crows, a loping coyote who appeared majestically and then disappeared in the near wild of this incredible place l. I saw all these and more with my short walks along this path. It is a quiet area and everyone in the building is a medical professional of some kind and are thus respectful. The landlords are extremely helpful and will be quick to respond. No issues with parking either since there is a convenient lot adjacent to the building. Storage for your bike and laundry on site. Id stay here again on my next contract.
