A Wonderful Haven!

My husband and I lived here for 3 months and absolutely loved every second of it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owners, Andy and Kate, are thoughtful, lovely people and it was always a pleasure to have a chat and share a coffee. Our time in Venice, with this home as our base, was so special. To walk two steps out of your door and have a gorgeous pool and hot tub was a dream come true. We couldn't get enough of the pool. We loved the light filled home and open living plan. The king bed is SO comfortable and we loved having a massive walk-in closet and gorgeous new bathroom. The entire property feels like a sanctuary, it's so lush with such a variety of plants and flowers. It is also extremely well located. We opted to bike or walk everywhere instead of using our cars. You can get to the beach on bike in 10/15 minutes! Would 10/10 recommend living here, we had the hardest time leaving (especially as we got very attached to their sweet dog Scout, our favorite visitor).

Great Place in Venice

This is a small casita-type unit in the backyard of the main house. Located in the heart of Venice and very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and easy access to the 405. Also has parking in the main driveway. The unit itself is spacious and well-equipped with recently redone bathrooms, a desk area for working, large bedroom/closet, spacious kitchen area, so perfect for longer term stays. K and A, the hosts, are great and super welcoming, helpful and accommodating and Scout their little dog is precious. All in all a 5-star stay!
